WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-Store Pickup

In-store and curbside pickup is available for All purchases. Pickups are available Monday - Saturday from 9.00 AM - 5.00 PM .

Free Shipping

We offer free Standard shipping on Not all orders will qualify for free shipping. Only orders containing items from the designated categories or products will benefit from the free shipping offer. The company has chosen to incentivize purchases within these particular categories or products by offering free shipping as an additional benefit. .

Expedited Shipping Fees

We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send an email with your tracking information.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Processing Time: Allow 3-5 business days for order processing and preparation for shipment. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city. We recommend checking the estimated delivery time at checkout for a more accurate timeframe.

Door Delivery: We offer door delivery through DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post.

Station Pickup: For other areas, you might need to collect your order from the nearest designated station.

Shipping Costs: The final shipping cost will be automatically calculated during checkout based on your selected delivery address.

Orders placed on weekdays are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on Saturdays are processed the following Monday due to our Sunday closure.

Peak Season Notice: During holidays or sales events, we might experience higher order volumes, potentially causing slightly longer processing times. We appreciate your patience during these times.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Prepaid or Cash on Delivery: You can choose to pay the shipping fee upfront (prepaid) or at the time of delivery (cash on delivery, ToPay mode).
